Modern Bedrooms: CREATING CURB APPEAL AND FUNCTUALITY

This corner property had lots of potential when purchased by the homeowners. With two young children they need to find a way to provide a place for them to play. A severe slope and little room to work with presented a challange that we needed to address.
Building a new level for the play area was the only way to accomplish that.
The front of the property was perfect for me to design. Curb appeal is what it need. A clean crisp front entry walkway was constructed. The new plantings, outdoor lighting and converting a sun porch to a 4 seasons room allowed me to gain that awesome curb appeal that this home deserved. ENJOY
