Mason Jar Herb Garden

I love decorating with plants in my home, and I've been wanting a little herb garden for my kitchen. I came up with a cute DIY solution.

Mason jars just belong in the kitchen, and I thought they would be the perfect potting solution for my herbs. (And herbs in the kitchen smell amazing!)

I bought a pack of mason jars, and I got ready to create!

I painted the outside of the jars.

And "dipped" them in gold.

I added cute handles and tags.

And don't forget drainage! I added small rocks to the bottoms of my jars before planting the herbs.

My herb garden was complete!
