Cleaning A Porcelain Sink


Porcelain sinks are prone to staining and scratching, and this creates a pretty dingy looking sink. There are cleaners out there you can buy to make the sink look better, but I found a combination of 2 ingredients, that you probably have in your home right now, and they work like magic!


The picture above is my kitchen sink. It's gross looking, huh?

Wet down your sink and then sprinkle in some baking powder.

Scrub it around with a sponge. (You'll notice the baking soda absorbing the stains). Add a little hydrogen peroxide to the sponge and scrub a bit more. Allow everything to sit 15-20 minutes. Rinse.
