When we removed our old vanity and installed this pedestal sink, which we salvaged from a different remodel, we didn't bother to reroute all the plumbing. It wasn't a big deal to me that you could see some of the pipe behind the sink, but I did look at this area under the sink as wasted space. I've seen tiered organizers that are made to fit perfectly in spots like this, but they just weren't in my budget, so I set out to make my own.
