Freestanding Mirror

My grandpa found this mirror for me at a yard sale! and it was in great shape but it needed a little updating as it has scratches on it. So when a week before I won some paint from Country Chic Paint. I knew that is what I wanted to try the paint out on.

Chose the color called Pistachio Delight, which is a perfect mint green color. The paint goes on smooth and isnt to think. Its also a chalk & clay based paint with no Vocs and has no smell. It was great to work with and I loved it!

So after it got two coats of paint I lightly distressed it. Let me tell you that paint distresses like a charm for the shabby chic look.

After that the mirror got waxed with a clear wax! I love how the mirror turned out and the color is perfect.
