An Ikea Hack

A journey of Ikea Besta Units and a twenty dollar table transforms a cluttered space into a dream dining area.

My niece needed to create a bench seat along this open wall. After searching for kitchen cupboards for over a month, she came across these Ikea TV units and decided to use them instead.

With a turtle and a boss, she created this!

The Boss

With some stain for the top, it starts to come together.

And finally the door! Created from scraps and a coat of paint, it's ready for a table.
